Wonderful views AND your own pool in sunny Ibiza
Can Aruna, an expanded finca of 220 square metres, is set in the hills above San Juan with views down the valley to the sea. On a clear day you can see Mallorca.
If you swim in the early morning, you can watch the sun rise out of the sea. The pool measures 13 by 3.2 metres and is 1.6 metres at its deepest point. Sun recliners and sun umbrellas are provided.
The house is suitable for a maximum of five people. Unsuitable for children between 1 and 9 years if they can’t swim well (steep hillside and unfenced pool). This peaceful, fully-equipped house blends local architecture with more modern elements, while the proportions of the sitting room are based on the golden mean. Each of the 2 double bedrooms has a sea view from the bed and the single bedroom looks onto a charming patio. There are 2 bathrooms complete with bath tub, shower, bidet and WC. Internet is provided.
The house is environmentally friendly, with power produced by solar panels and a windmill. The green tiled pool is set among phoenicia juniper and young olive trees. It runs on its own independent solar system.
The nearest beaches are San Vicente, Aguas Blancas, Xarraca, S’Illot and Xuclar, roughly 15 or 20 minutes away.
